This lighting is done through the operating lamps that are special lamps designed to illuminate the surgical area, thus providing a bright and uniform illumination focused on the operating table during the surgical act.
Operating lights have the main function of providing adequate lighting during a surgical procedure. The light of these lamps is white since in the operating room the doctor needs to be able to observe the color of any organ or tissue, as this is an indicator of the patient’s state and health. This type of lamps can in turn provide hours of bright light without excessively heating the patient or the health personnel involved in the operation.
