Spectrophotometers
The spectrophotometer, built by advanced manufacturing processes, is one of the main diagnostic and research instruments developed by humans. It is used in the laboratory to determine the concentration of a substance in a solution, allowing quantitative analyzes.
As we know, use the properties of light and its interaction with other substances to determine the nature of these. In general, light from a special characteristic lamp is guided through a device that selects and separates light from a certain wavelength and passes it through a sample. The intensity of light leaving the sample is captured and compared with the intensity of light affecting the sample and from it, the transmission of the sample is calculated, which depends on factors such as the concentration of the substance.
Types of Spectrophotometers a Laboratory may need
Double Beam
They adopt double beam long light path design to ensure the stability and accuracy; They are the best choice of high quality spectrophotometers.
Light path design: double beam
YR01864 series double light path design can prevent circuit fluctuation and stray light to ensure stability of the instrument.

Importance of a Spectrophotometer in a Laboratory
The importance of a Spectrophotometer lies in the fact that it is used in the laboratory for the main purpose of diagnosing, taking into account the properties of light and the interaction with other substances. In general, this equipment is composed of 4 main parts: a source, a monochromator, a beam splitter, a sample area and a detector. It also has optical elements such as lenses or mirrors, which transmit light throughout the entire equipment.
